If you've previously given access to an accountant or bookkeeper to view and manage your Receipt Bank account, you can remove or change their access using the 'Accountant' page under the 'My Profile' menu.
- Navigate to the 'Manage' section of the menu and click on 'My Profile'
- Then click on the 'Accountant' page
- Click on the 'Revoke company access' button and you'll be asked to confirm this action
- This accountant/bookkeeper will no longer have access to your Receipt Bank account
- Use the 'Invitations' section of the page if you'd like to give a different accountant/bookkeeper access to your account.
Please note that if the accountant/bookkeeper being removed is paying for your subscription you will revert to a trial account until, you purchase your own subscription, or a new accountant/bookkeeper adds you to their subscription.
