Tripcatcher (UK) is a tool that helps you to easily and accurately capture business mileage. It creates expense claims that you can send directly to Receipt Bank and your accounting software.
The Tripcatcher app calculates the VAT you can claim back on a variety of engine sizes and indicates the total value of the fuel receipts you need to provide. You can view the full Receipt Bank / Tripcatcher workflow here.
Tripcatcher is only available in the UK. This service is not available for other regions.
To integrate Receipt Bank and Tripcatcher:
- Log into Tripcatcher
- Access the ‘Settings’ menu
- Click on the Receipt Bank’ option in the ‘Publish Expenses To’ section.
- Click ‘Connect to Receipt Bank’.
- Fill in your Receipt Bank username and password.
Alternatively, if you’re creating a new Tripcatcher account, you will be asked if you want to integrate the two softwares during the initial setup.
