Suspend a client account to remove it from your dashboard. Users on the account will no longer be able to log in to the Receipt Bank web app or mobile app, and cannot upload new items to their Inbox.
To suspend a client account:
- Select 'My Clients' in the main menu to the left
- Click on the 'Manage' button next to their account.
- Select 'Suspend'.
- You'll be asked to confirm this action.
To view and restore clients accounts that you've previously suspended, click into the 'client profile' dropdown menu and select 'Suspended Accounts'. Click 'Enable' next to any suspended accounts you'd like to re-activate.
