The Dashboard is where Accountants & Bookkeepers can take a holistic view of each of the Client Accounts that they have on Receipt Bank and their own Practice Account.

The Client View is used to view and manage your entire list of clients. Displayed are key metrics that give you an overview of each client's performance including the amount of outstanding work, missing paperwork and overall efficiency. Clicking on a client’s name on this page will navigate you to their Sales Workspace. You can Filter or Search your clients using the tools at the top-right of the page.
The Practice View (Only available on Optimize - find out more about the different Receipt Bank products here) is used to monitor productivity within your practice, identify blocked workflows and overall submission volume.
