Use the 'Send via e-mail' tool to send a PDF and CSV file of selected data in your account, to an email address that you specify.
To send document details:
- Select the items you want to send using the checkboxes down the left-hand side of the Inbox or Archive, then click 'Tools' and 'Send via e-mail'.
- Fill in fields for the contact's name, email address, and a message to include with the email. Then hit 'Send'.
This will send an email to the address that you previously specified.
