Use the 'Send via e-mail' tool to send a PDF and CSV file of selected data in your account, to an email address that you specify.
To send document details:
- Select the items you want to send using the checkboxes down the left-hand side of the Inbox or Archive
- Click 'Tools'
- Click 'Send via e-mail'
- Fill in fields for the contact's name, email address and a message to include with the email
- Click 'Send'
This will send an email to the address that you previously specified.
