The Item Details page presents an in-depth view of all the data associated with a submitted document.
You can access the Item Details page for a specific item by clicking on any of the User, Type, Date, Supplier etc within the Costs and Sales Workspaces.
The Item Details page consists of the document image and the associated details, history and messages associated with the document to the right.
You can click into any of the fields to edit it. Any changes you make will be saved automatically and immediately.
For Business Plus, Premium, Streamline & Optimize products only: Line Items, Smart Split and Supplier Rules are also available from this screen. Find out more about the different Receipt Bank products here.
Next to the Item details tab are the ‘Advanced’ and ‘Messages’ tabs.
The advanced tab allows you to see any notes and a detailed history of who submitted this document and all the changes that have been made to it its associated data in Receipt Bank.
The messages tab allows you to see the messages between you and the client relating to this item. Please note, this tab is only present for Optimize account owners or those who have purchased the Targeted Communication add-on.
The document image can also be manipulated using the buttons at the bottom of the picture. These allow you to [from left to right]:
- Zoom in
- Reset zoom
- Zoom out
- Rotate left
- Rotate right
- Rotate 180°
- Download image
- View in full screen
