Users on a client account can publish items to an integrated accounting software if they have the 'Publishing rights' setting switched to 'All Items' or have the 'Admin User' level of User Privilege.
Set the 'Publishing rights' and 'User Privilege' settings when creating a new user.
Edit an existing users' ability to publish by navigating to 'Account Settings'>'Maintain Users' and click 'Manage' and 'Edit User Privileges'.
Any users who have publishing rights can publish items from both the mobile app and the web app.
