Change your billing details to update the information Receipt Bank uses to pay for your subscription.
Find out how to change your billing details if you're a:
- Business Owner using a Receipt Bank for Business Product
- Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by card)
- Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by direct debit)

Business Owner using a Receipt Bank for Business Product
Change your billing details by clicking into My Profile and selecting the Billing tab.
This is where you can make updates to your Card Details, Tax Details, Billing Address, and Business Address.
Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by card)
Change your billing details by clicking into 'My Profile' > 'Subscription'.
Select 'Update billing details' or 'To update your card details please click here'. This will open a window where you can change how you pay for Receipt Bank. Each field will save automatically when you click elsewhere on the page.
Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by direct debit)
Change your billing details clicking into 'My Profile'>'Subscription'.
Select 'To update your bank details please click here', as below.
On the next window, enter your updated bank account details :
