Change your billing details to update the information Receipt Bank uses to pay for your subscription.

- Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by card)
- Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by direct debit)

Business Owner using a Receipt Bank for Business Product
Change your billing details using the 'Account Settings'>'Subscription'>'Billing' page of your account. Click 'Update billing details' or 'Update card details'. This will open a window where you can change how you pay for Receipt Bank. Each field will save automatically when you click elsewhere on the page.
Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by card)
Change your billing details using the Account Settings page and clicking into the 'Account details' and 'Subscription' tabs.Click 'Update billing details' or 'Update card details'. This will open a window where you can change how you pay for Receipt Bank. Each field will save automatically when you click elsewhere on the page.
Accountant or Bookkeeper using a Receipt Bank Partner Product (paying by direct debit)
Change your billing details using the 'Account Settings'>'Account Details' page of your account. Click 'Show billing details' and then 'To stop auto-renew of your subscription please click here'.
A window titled 'Can we help?' will open. Click 'I'm happy with Receipt Bank but...' and either of the two options that open below. Here you are cancelling your Receipt Bank subscription with current billing details, so that you can can re-open your account with your new details. This will not lead to any loss of data in your account.
Click 'Modify' in the 'Current Subscription' option. Click 'Pay Now' and enter your new billing details. You will not be charged anything outside of the normal payment of your plan.
