Welcome to Receipt Bank! Here are a few things you can do to get started on the software:
- Log in
If you haven't already, log in to the Receipt Bank web app.
- Take a tour of your account
There are a few places in your Receipt Bank account that you should get familiar with. Let's check out the:
- Set up your Chart of Accounts
Your purchases should each be categorised with an appropriate nominal code. If you already use a specific Chart of Accounts, you can set this up on Receipt Bank by Integrating with an Accounting Software or by uploading it as a CSV.
- Upload a receipt
Use any of the Receipt Bank submission methods to upload an image of a receipt or invoice. After it has finished processing, it'll be presented in the Receipt Bank Inbox with all of the relevant data already extracted.
- Add additional Users
If you're planning to have multiple people managing or submitting to Receipt Bank, you can add additional users to your account and invite them to the service.
