The report mistake button has been removed from the Receipt Bank Mobile App and Web App.
We monitor all changes users make to fields on the website and mobile app and learn from these changes automatically, so there's no need to report them. We are using Machine Learning to constantly refine and improve our data extraction accuracy so we no long need our users to report any mistakes manually. Simply edit the incorrect field and continue with processing the item.
Please note that for errors with Bank Statement data extraction, continue to click the 'Report Mistake' button and this will resubmit the bank statement for extraction, so we can continue to learn and improve our process.
