Receipt Bank has two feature packages that assist your ability to work remotely and keep your business going - SmartItems and ReceiptBankON
The SmartItems package is a combination of features that allow you to improve your efficiency and automation.
Smart Items is available for Partner Accounts on Extract, Streamline and Optimize.
The components of Smart Items are:
Receipt Bank will automatically collect invoices from over 1000 suppliers for you. Simply set up a connection through Receipt Bank to your supplier portal, log-in using your details, and confirm which documents to import.
After the initial set up, Fetch will collect any documents already present in the supplier portal and post them to the client’s inbox within 48 hours. Following that, Receipt Bank will check for and download any new documentation from the portal on a weekly basis.
Suggested Categories (Autocategorisation)
When Autocategorization is on, Receipt Bank will use machine learning to extract a category based on the way you previously categorised similar items in your account. If there is a supplier rule in place then we will only suggest a category.
The ReceiptBankON package is a combination of features that allow you to improve your communication with clients and help them keep on top of their paperwork.
ReceiptBankON is available for Partner Accounts on Extract, Streamline and Optimize and free for 3 months starting from 1st April 2020.

Item Messaging is a way for accountants or bookkeepers to easily communicate directly with their clients within the App.
If there's a vital piece of information that you are missing to complete a process, then an accountant/bookkeeper user on a Receipt Bank Partner account can send a direct message through the Web App to a client or user on the Mobile App.
Outstanding Paperwork is available for Sage and Xero integrated accounts. It identifies entries in the Sage or Xero bank feed that do not have a corresponding transaction in Receipt Bank or in the accounting software, and creates a report to prompt users to upload this paperwork and ensure their books are complete and compliant.
