The next stage of Receipt Bank's new layout, after the introduction of the sidebar menu is to make our Workspaces even easier to use. We are currently running a Beta test for our new Costs workspace to give you a chance to help shape how Receipt Bank looks and feels in the future.
To access the new workspace click on the Switch to New Inbox button:
The new inbox has a new look and feel and a similar layout so every function is easy to find. To Give Feedback or to switch back to the Old Inbox those buttons can be found at the top of the page:
After selecting an item in the inbox you have the option of clicking on the:
1. Publish Button
2. Archive Button
3. Add to Expense Report Button
4. Tools Button
On the top right of the page, the Advanced Search (5) is now found within the search bar and clicking on the cog (6) this will bring up the Table Settings as seen here:
The item details page also has a new look:
Share your thoughts by clicking on the Give Feedback button and please note that as this is a beta test not all functions are available, including Bank Match, Paperwork Match, and Supplier Duplicates.
