In response to customer feedback, Direct customers can pause their Receipt Bank account subscription for a maximum of three months (the current month, plus a further 2 months).
Note: Account subscriptions can only be paused once.
- To begin, click 'My Profile' on the navigational sidebar, and then select the 'Billing' tab at the top. Then, click on 'Cancel subscription'.
- Select 'I would like to pause my subscription for 2 months'. You will then see a confirmation showing when your account subscription will resume. If you're happy with this, select the Pause subscription button to close the window and pause your subscription.
- You will then see a yellow bar at the top of your screen confirming the resume subscription date. You can always reactivate your subscription at any time within the next two months by clicking on the Reactivate link at the top.
You can also choose to reactivate your account by navigating to My Profile and then clicking into the Plan tab along the top, alongside the Billing tab:
Important notes: If you decide to resume your subscription anytime within the 2 month pause period, you will be unable to pause the subscription again.
While paused, your account will have limited access to certain features.
