This is guide how to re-integrate your account with Xero should an error with the connection occur.
Your Xero integration could break because your login credentials have changed or your Xero connection has expired.
To re-integrate (re-connect) with Xero follow the steps below:
- Open the Xero organization in a separate tab or window of your browser.
- In Receipt Bank ->> Sidebar >> Connections >> Integrations >> click on Change >> and reselect Xero (do not disable the integration)
- Then click on the green button - Go to Xero authorization URL
- Now, even if the Xero file shows as connected, please click on the blue field Continue with "x" Organizations
- You will be redirected back to Receipt Bank and a screen with a drop-down menu will appear. Click on the drop-down, select the Xero organization that you want to re-connect to and click next.
- A screen will appear indicating a successful re-integration, then click finish.
