If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the Receipt Bank Web App.
Click 'Forgot Password?' and fill in the email address you normally use to log in to Receipt Bank. We'll email you a link where you can securely reset your own Receipt Bank Password.
Alternatively, any Account Administrator can reset your password for you by logging into the Web App, accessing the 'Maintain Users' tab of the 'Account Settings' page and clicking 'Manage' and 'Update Password'.
If an Administrator resets your password for you, you'll be prompted to update the password when you log in to ensure that your credentials are secure.
