If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it via the Dext Prepare Web or Mobile App.
Web App
To reset your password:
- Go to the Manage profile icon in the top right of the screen, then go to Security.
On the Security page click Change Password
- In the Change password window, enter your current password then enter and confirm your new password and click Save.
Alternatively, any Account Administrator can reset your password for you by:
- Logging into the Web App.
- Selecting MyTeam in the sidebar.
- Clicking on the Manage button across from your name.
- Selecting Update Password.
If an Administrator resets your password for you, you’ll be prompted to update the password when you log in to ensure that your credentials are secure.
Mobile App
To Change your password via the mobile app:
- Open the Dext mobile app. Log out of your account if still logged in.
- Press Log in.
- Then the Forgot Password? link.
- Enter your email address and we’ll email you a link to allow you to securely reset your Dext Prepare password.
