Item Messaging is a way for a users on a Receipt Bank account to easily communicate directly with their accountant or bookkeeper.
If there's a vital piece of information that can add context to or save money on your payments, accountant/bookkeeper users on a Receipt Bank Partner account can send a direct message to the Receipt Bank Mobile App. This will appear as a push notification on your phone.
Note: Item Messaging (part of the Targeted Communication package) is included in Optimize Partner Accounts, and available as a purchasable add-on for Extract and Streamline Partner Accounts. Find out more about the different Receipt Bank products here.
