Targeted Communication is a set of additional features that enable direct messaging and reporting to your user-base. Targeted Communication includes two features:
- Item Messaging
- Outstanding Paperwork
Note: Targeted Communication is only available for Streamline and Optimize Partner Accounts.
Item Messaging is a tool used to talk directly with the users who have submitted items to Receipt Bank. This means that you can have instant feedback and constant about your clients' submissions.
Messages will appear as a notification on the user's mobile device and can be answered directly from within the Receipt Bank App. Simply click on the submitted item to bring up the item details page and then click Messages
Outstanding Paperwork is available for Sage and Xero integrated accounts. It identifies entries in the Sage or Xero bank feed that do not have a corresponding transaction in Receipt Bank or in the accounting software, and creates a report to prompt users to upload this paperwork and ensure their books are complete and compliant.
