The Inbox of your Sales and Costs Workspaces are sorted into two sections:
- To Review
Hover your mouse over a ‘Not Ready’ icon to learn what details you need to add to publish the item.
You can move an item from ’To Review’ to ‘Ready’ in two ways:
If your account is integrated: Complete the category field. The document will automatically move to Ready, and the Publish button will appear.
If your account is not integrated: From the ‘To Review’ section of your inbox, select each of the items you’ve finished editing and click ‘Move to Ready’. It’s a good way to keep track of the items that you’ve worked on and to indicate the transactions that are ready to export.
