Error message: No Category has been selected

Error message: We cannot publish this item because the supplier is not present in QuickBooks Desktop.
This is because the supplier name in Dext Prepare does not match the supplier name in QuickBooks Desktop in order to publish the item.
When a document from a new supplier is submitted to Dext Prepare, you must add the supplier manually to QuickBooks Desktop before you can publish the item. Once you have added the new supplier in QuickBooks Desktop, then return to your Dext Prepare account, and manually re-sync the supplier list, and try sending the item again.
Error message: No Category has been selected
This is because the Category in Dext Prepare does not match a category in QuickBooks Desktop in order to publish the item.
When a document has a new category this must be added manually to QuickBooks Desktop before you can publish the item. Once you have added the new category in QuickBooks Desktop, then return to your Dext Prepare account, and manually re-sync the category list, and try sending the item again.
