Use the ‘Make Paid’ button to adopt a Client Account in to your subscription plan. After doing this, your client will not be charged for their Receipt Bank usage. Instead, their subscription will be included in what you pay as a partner
To make a client account paid:
- Find the name of the client on the Client Management tab of your account
Note: can’t see your clients’ name? Make sure that they’ve invited you to collaborate on your account.
- Click on the ‘Manage’ button to the right of your screen. A black toolbar will open.
- Click the ‘Make Paid’ button. You’ll be asked to confirm this action.
- The client account will now be paid as part of your partner subscription. View your client usage statement to see a breakdown of how this client is using Receipt Bank.
